Our Services

First Aid & Mental Health First Aid

Physical and mental health first aid training built for isolated crews and long voyages.

Overview

At sea, help is hours or days away and the crew is the emergency service. We train seafarers and shore teams in practical casualty care alongside mental health first aid — recognising pressure, fatigue and distress early, and responding well when it matters.

What the service covers

  • Primary survey, CPR, AED use and catastrophic bleeding control
  • Casualty handling and stretcher movement in confined shipboard spaces
  • Burns, crush, hypothermia and chemical exposure management
  • Mental health first aid: recognition, conversation and escalation
  • Fatigue, isolation and post-incident psychological support
  • Medical locker readiness and telemedical liaison
